WAS WAS WORKING MOSTLY ON OUR REMODELS, HELPING JAMES WITH WITH THAT PIECE OF IT.

I THINK THE TECHNOLOGY WAS ALSO ENSURING THAT CONNECTIVITY AND PROPER FUNCTIONALITY AT CAMPUS THAT WERE PARTICULARLY AFFECTED BY CONSTRUCTION.

BUT STUFF HAPPENS WHEN SUMMER GOES WE WE HAVE WOODPECKERS, WE HAVE SQUIRRELS.

THEY GET IN, THEY CAUSE DAMAGE. AND SO SOMETIMES THAT'S OUR INTERNET.

SO THEY'VE BEEN BEEN RUNNING DOWN ALL OF THOSE ISSUES.

THEY'VE ALSO SPENT A LOT OF TIME PREPARING FOR THIS SCHOOL YEAR.

THEY CREATED SECURITY FOR NEW STAFF. THEY PROVISIONED ALL OF OUR APPLICATIONS, AND THAT INCLUDES ROSTERING AND ENSURING THAT THE PROPER FUNCTIONING OF THEM FOR FOR TEACHING AND THOSE KIND OF THINGS ALSO BEGINNING OF THE YEAR PROCUREMENT FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS, WHICH THEY'RE WORKING WITH FINANCE BECAUSE A LOT OF THOSE ARE SBITAS.

SO YOU GET TO HEAR ABOUT THAT MORE. ALSO DEVICE CHECKOUT WAS LARGER THIS YEAR BECAUSE OF LEGISLATION.

THAT WAS ONLY WHEN TEACHERS WERE BACK. THEY THEY COMPLETED 150 WORK ORDERS.

WE DON'T HAVE A HUGE MAINTENANCE TEAM. SO THAT'S THAT'S A LOT OF WORK ORDERS EACH DAY.

ONCE SCHOOL STARTED, I THINK IT PROBABLY INCREASED BECAUSE IT'S JUST AS YOU AS YOU USE THOSE ROOMS, MORE AND MORE, YOU FIND OUT THE HVAC DOESN'T WORK LIKE IT SHOULD.

OR YOU KNOW, THIS OUTLET IS NOT WORKING OR WHATEVER.

SO THEY'VE BEEN BUSY WITH ALL OF THAT. AND THEN OUR GROUNDS TEAM ALSO THEY ASSISTED WITH MOVING WAS ONE THING ABOUT THIS GROUP IN THE FACILITIES DEPARTMENT. THEY DON'T THEY MAY BE HIGHLY SKILLED PLUMBERS, BUT IF THEY'RE NOT DOING PLUMBING THAT DAY, THEY'RE HELPING WHEREVER THEY'RE NEEDED. AND THEY DON'T THEY DON'T COMPLAIN.

AND I REALLY APPRECIATE THAT. BUT THE GROUNDS WERE THEY MOVED ITEMS THROUGHOUT THE DISTRICT.

LOTS OF TEACHERS RELOCATING WITH THE OPENING OF A SCHOOL.

AND THEY WERE INTEGRAL IN THAT, IN THAT EFFORT TO MAKE SURE THAT THEIR SUPPLIES WERE AT THE CORRECT CAMPUS IN THE CORRECT ROOM.

THEY ALSO PUT WINDSCREENS UP ON TENNIS COURTS AND FENCES, AND THEY WERE DOING THEIR GENERAL GROUNDS MAINTENANCE AS WELL, MAKING SURE GRASS WAS CUT. AND WE NEEDED THE CHILD NUTRITION.

THEY SPENT THE SUMMER DOING SOME PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT.

THE MANAGERS THEY HAD TWO OPPORTUNITIES AND MOST OF THEM TOOK ADVANTAGE OF BOTH OF THEM.

BUT THE TEXAS ASSOCIATION OF SCHOOL NUTRITION AT A WORKSHOP IN JUNE AND THEN REGION 13 HAD A WORKSHOP ALSO.

AND SO THEY THEY WERE ABLE TO GET SOME OF THEIR REQUIRED HOURS FOR PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT DURING THAT TIME.

ALSO THERE WAS CONSTRUCTION ON SOME OF OUR CAFETERIAS, MOSTLY OUR REFRIGERATORS AND COOLERS.

AND THAT WAS PART OF BOND THAT, THAT WE DID SO THREE REFRIGERATORS FROM 2009 AT DSMS AND FIVE REFRIGERATORS FROM THE SAME YEAR AT DSHS WERE REPLACED BY CONDENSING UNITS ON THE COOLERS AND FREEZERS AT SYCAMORE MIDDLE WERE REPLACED, AND THEN THE WALK IN FREEZER AT CYPRESS SPRINGS ELEMENTARY WAS ALSO REPLACED THIS SUMMER.

MAJORITY OF THE REPLACEMENTS WERE DONE USING 23 BOND FUNDS AND THEN FINALLY TRANSPORTATION.

TRANSPORTATION. THEY DID OPERATE FOR EXTENDED SCHOOL YEAR AND OTHER SUMMER SCHOOL PROGRAMS. SO THEY WERE THEY WERE DRIVING ROUTES AND DELIVERING CHILDREN TO AND FROM SCHOOL.

ALSO, THEY PERFORMED INTERIOR DEEP CLEAN ON BUSSES JUST TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS READY FOR SCHOOL.

THEY COORDINATED THE PRINTING AND DELIVERY OF ELEMENTARY BUS RIDERS SMART TAGS AND ALSO THE SMART TAGS FOR SECONDARY STUDENTS AS WELL. THEY ALSO PERFORMED, THERE'S A LOT OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND TRAINING THAT BUS DRIVERS GO THROUGH.

SO THEY WERE THEY WERE DOING A LOT OF THAT THIS SUMMER.

THEY TRAINED THREE NEW BUS DRIVERS AND I DON'T KNOW IF ANY OF YOU HAVE YOUR CDL.

IT'S A LOT TO GET THAT. SO IT'S GREAT THAT WE CAN DO THAT HERE.

AND THEY WERE ABLE TO TRAIN THREE NEW BUS DRIVERS.

WE ALWAYS NEED BUS DRIVERS. AND THEN TWO NEW COACHES ALSO GOT TRAINED AND THEY HAD SUBSTITUTES.

TWO SUBSTITUTE DRIVERS ARE CURRENTLY IN TRAINING.

THE FULL TIME OPERATIONAL TEAM ATTENDED PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES.

AND THEN FINALLY PLANNING CREATED AND FINALIZED BUS ROUTES FOR THE 25-26.

AND THEN WE'VE STARTED OUR SEAT BELT RETROFIT.

WE GOT THE CUBBIES IN THE BACK. SO EVERY CLASSROOM HAS GOT CUBBIES. WE GOT THE TILE. WE GOT THE TILE ON THE WALL IN THE HALLWAY, ALL THE NEW LED LIGHTING. IT LOOKS LIKE A BRAND NEW SCHOOL.

SO NEXT YEAR WE'LL HAVE THE EXTERIOR FIX THAT ISSUE.

BUT FOR ALL THE INTERIOR WORK, WE'RE AGAIN PUNCHING AND FINISHING ALL THAT WORK UP RIGHT NOW.

WELDING SHOP AREA, WE GOT THOSE GATES IN, THAT WAS SOMETHING WE HAD TO WORK WITH THE FIRE DEPARTMENT. WE GOT STALLED ON THAT BECAUSE WE HAD TO MOVE THE FTD SITE OUT. SO WE HAD SOME PERMITTING ISSUES AND WORKING WITH THE FIRE DEPARTMENT TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHERE TO GET THAT. SO WE GOT THAT MOVED OUT. THAT'S THE PICTURE ON THE FAR RIGHT RIGHT THERE. SO WE MOVED THE FTD WAS ON THAT BRICK WALL. AND WHEN YOU OPENED OUR GATES THERE, IT WAS GOING TO BLOCK THAT FOR THE FIRE DEPARTMENT.

SO WE HAD TO MOVE THAT TO THE ROAD. SO THAT WAS QUITE EXTENSIVE. A LITTLE, LITTLE JOG THERE. BUT NOW THOSE GATES ARE AUTOMATIC. SO WE HAVE A WELDING TRUCK COMING IN THE BACK. THAT WAS A BIG HOLE IN THE BACK OF THE SCHOOL THAT WE NEED TO GET FIXED. SO I THINK WE GOT HIT ON THAT IN ONE OF OUR AUDITS.

SO THAT WAS SOMETHING THAT WAS ON THE TOP OF OUR LIST TO GET FIXED.

SO THAT IS DONE. WE'RE STARTING ON THAT DRIPPING SPRINGS HIGH SCHOOL FIELDS NOW.

WE HAD SOME GATEWAY, SOME OF THE GATES, A MANUFACTURER, WE'RE GOING TO START SELLING THOSE PRETTY QUICK. MOST OF THAT CAMPUS IS GOING TO BE A RE-FENCE WITH THAT MICRO MESH, WE'RE GOING BACK, WE'RE GOING TO, WE DON'T HAVE TO REDO THE POLES.

WE'LL LEAVE THOSE, THOSE COST SAVINGS THERE. WE'LL JUST REDO THE FABRIC.

DRIPPING SPRINGS HIGH SCHOOL TWO START ON FALL, DRIPPING SPRINGS ELEMENTARY WE GOT THE SUMMER, THE EXTERIOR WE NEED TO DO, DRIPPING SPRINGS MIDDLE SCHOOL.

WE HAVE SOME EXTERIOR WORK, THAT'S PAINTING. THAT'S THE NEW PUMP HOUSE IN THE BACK AND SOME WINDOW REPLACEMENT, ROOSTER SPRINGS WE HAVE THE CAMPUS UPGRADES, THAT WILL BE A TWO YEAR, THAT'LL BE A TWO YEAR EVENT. AND THOSE THOSE WINGS THAT KIND OF JET OUT, BUT NOT THE OUTER RIM. THAT WILL BE THE SECOND YEAR. AND ALSO GET THE SHOPS, THE AG SHOPS OVER THERE THAT DON'T HAVE AC. WE'RE GOING TO GET THAT DONE THE FIRST YEAR.

OF FUTURE SCHOOL SITES, WE'RE STILL CURRENTLY IN DISCUSSIONS OF VARIOUS POTENTIAL SITES.

SO WE'RE STILL LOOKING AT THAT. 18+ SD IS UNDERWAY.

I'M ALWAYS GOING TO GET HER FIRST LOOK AT THAT.
