AND SO WE JUST HAVE TO DO EVERYTHING WE CAN TO GET THEM HERE, SUPPORT THEM, KEEP THEM CERTIFIED.

BUT WE DO HAVE A LOT OF TEACHERS WHO COME ON AN ALTERNATIVE CERTIFICATION PROGRAM, AND THEN WE JUST HAVE TO SUPPORT THEM THROUGH THOSE FIRST REALLY 3 YEARS.

IF WE CAN GET THEM THROUGH THAT FIRST 3 YEARS AND THEY SEE THE 5 YEARS, THEN THEY REALLY START TO MASTER THEIR CRAFT AND THEN WE CAN KEEP THEM FOR 7 TO 40, LIKE OUR BUS DRIVERS. BUT IT'S REALLY GETTING THEM THROUGH THAT FIRST 3 TO 5 YEARS WHERE THEY BECOME MASTER TEACHERS.
